Zhorken 123def9c68 Added accents to French Pokémon names. 
Taken from http://www.pokepedia.fr/ (Liste des Pokémon dans l'ordre du
Pokédex National).  They apparently took them from the French Mystery
Dungeon games (Poképédia:Conventions de Style).

This also corrects some typos.
