"""Moves/transforms values in CSVs in an ad-hoc way, based mainly on column name
Auto-creates identifiers from names
Auto-creates names from identifiers
Copies IDs for foreign keys
Creates autoincrement-style IDs when missing
Sets text language to 9 (en), except when it sets to 1 (jp)
And looks good doing it!
